I know “coaching” or “goal setting” can sound cheesy or daunting, but ultimately this is a way to get support in living on purpose. Plus, life is too short to hate the process of going after your goals, so the action plan makes it enjoyable and exciting, and keeps you on track.
Since my training in igolu techniques and SMART goal setting approaches, I’ve been leading goal coaching workshops for nearly a decade while also leading guided meditations in studio and virtually.
I’m also a Strategy Lead, having worked with some of the biggest brands in the world, and a RYT-200 Certified Yoga Teacher. I bring my learnings from both worlds and philosophies into my approach.
This blend has become a sweet sauce of goal setting that is done through a mindfulness lens and grounded in your day-to-day, working back from the objective to get you where you want to go.
