You may, at first, think a mindful approach to strategy means I’m going to come in recommending that everyone drink green juice. In reality, a mindful approach to strategy is one that sees problems from a holistic point of view. Seeing both the forest for the tree and seeing the importance of the trees themselves. That kind of thing. I like to apply esoteric paradigms paired with pragmatic, tangible solutions and proofing. It’s a method that’s been cultivated over years of teaching mindfulness while simultaneously leading strategic projects for some of the largest organizations in the world, often in emerging and dynamic landscapes.
